FIELD STUDY 6

EPISODE
LEARNING3: THE
TEACHER
ACTIVITIESIN A
SCHOOL SETTING
1.Would you consider teaching as a full-time job?
Why? Why not?

 Yes, I'm considering a full-time job teaching.

First because teachers get eight hours at school,
particularly here in the provinces. Second, since
teachers are engaged in school work at home,
especially in the preparation of their daily
teaching lessons. Third, teachers are not only
active in the work of the classroom, but also in
our community's activities. In summary,
becoming a teacher is also a multitasking
"multiple profession" that you have. It is not just
an occupation or role where you comply with all
the criteria and get your paycheck at the end of
the day. Instead of becoming a teacher, you have
to be dedicated and committed to this career. If
you are only searching for a paycheck so that
you will not create a loyal and committed person
in the future, you will not enjoy teaching.
2.Are the conditions of online learning (home
school environment) conducive to the welfare of
both learners and teacher? How will you
improve it?

 Teaching classes online means that as long as

the internet works, students can learn anywhere.
The disadvantage is that certain students can
become lethargic in their studies or complacent.
The potential for enhanced relaxation is
provided by online learning, but the faculty
should enable students to study in an atmosphere
conducive to learning and free of distractions.
With study/teaching areas tailored to the needs
and desires of a student, it is likely that their
desire to learn will increase, as most students
will enjoy the environment more than a typical
classroom. As you teach in an environment that
suits you best, this will also make it more fun for
you.
3.What are the practices of your teachers which
inspire you to become a professional teacher?

 I am inspired to continue to be an educator.

Given the odds you will face along the way,
becoming a teacher is a more noble one. I
support teachers because teachers play a major
role in the growth and improvement of each and
every student. You have a contribution to
become what they aspire to be in the future in
every dream and accomplishment of your pupils.
And it's a beautiful feeling that people
experience a happier life and a good future
because of you.
4.What do you think is the main role of a teacher?
Expand.

 I believe that teachers need to be alert and

respect the success of every student. Teachers
should be professional and impart their
information to the student level. Encourage
learners to learn how much they deserve. Never
be biased and must express concern for the
student's future. He/She should be able to judge
and direct each student's abilities and talents
accordingly. When their questions are sincere,
teachers should always strive not to snub the
students. Teachers first need to realize that they
have set their students a role model. Teachers
should display empathy and not sympathy,
especially when performance is only average for
some of their students. When learners act
differently, a little psychological approach is
needed. The teacher needs to be patriotic and
should insist on the students' obligations to our
country. The teacher wants to be altruistic. Make
the students aspire to do that and help/guide
them.
And I believe teaching is the most important
occupation that must be upgraded for every
community to be enlisted and teachers play a
major role in it. A teacher's job is not only
limited to tech what is in the books, but also to
the information that his/her students will need in
day-to-day life. No matter what the
circumstances are a teacher must teach his/her
students how to pick up the right course, his
student must stand for whatever is right at least
according to him. Students must maintain their
moral principles, as we say that moral science is
the most important topic because it is not
necessary for every student to succeed, but it is
very important for them to become a successful
person in the future. Students take their teachers
as their role model and the teacher must
understand the responsibility.
A
kind of

classroom that I would like to

have in the future.
