Medical Reference (2020) on their article entitled Causes of stress, Forty percent of workers in the

United States admit that they experience stress in the office, and a quarter of the workload makes it a
source of stress in their lives. More than half of Americans say they fight with friends and loved ones
because of stress, and more than 70% say they experience real physical and emotional symptoms from
it.Stress is really a normal part of life. At times, it serves a significant benefit purpose. Stress can
motivate you to obtain that promotion at work or running the last mile of a marathon. but if you do
not get hold on your stress and it becomes long-term, it can make a serious impact on your work, family
life, and health. Depression, heart disease, heart attack, heartburn, ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome,
constipation, diarrhea and weight gain or loss are the list of more serious health conditions when stress
become chronic and poorly addressed and managing your stress can make a real difference to your
health.

Aligh Today (2020) on their article entitled How Synchronous and Asynchronous Communication Power
Remote Team Productivity states that leaders must establish new forms of communication to effectively
share information through their organizations. Using effective and focused communication uses smart
use of communication and repetition tools. The way we work is changing rapidly. Traditional forms of
communication are impossible or ineffective.Understanding the types of communication and how they
work together to boost the productivity of remote teams critical at this moment of seismic change.
Face-to-face conversations, phone calls, instant messaging, and zoom calls are the synchronous
communucation which is with the expectation of an immedeiate response And it is effective when
written explanations are inadequate for conveying information and solving complex problems and if
theres any emergency or urgent situation that requires immediate response and action should utilize
synchronous methods, particularly if this relates to team health and safety or mission-critical operations
and it will helps support the neurodiversity on your team. In contrast asynchronous communication is
communication without expecting an immediate response and it is advantageous for individual ideation
and feedback. This ability to enable individual creativity and timelines makes asynchronous
communication preferable for moving projects along efficiently on remote teams. As fyi founder Hitten
Shah writes, “successful distributed work is a result of coordinated asynchronous communication”.
The Classroom (2018) on their article entitled Common Causes of Stress Among Students shows that
when a student experiences high levels of stress or chronic stress, regardless of her age or grade, it can
interfere with her ability to learn, memorize, and earn good grades, as well as lead to poor physical,
emotional and mental health. In order for parents to help their child's life to reduce the chronis stress
they need to learn or know about common stresses. Acording to the National Sleep Foundation
inadequate amounts of sleep can make a students more aggressive and limit their ability to learn,
concentrate and solve problems and also students who don't have healthy sleeping habits at night are
more likely to feel stressed than students who get plenty of sleep. In the other way around they
recommends that young people or mostly the mellenials sleep 8.5 to 9.5 hours per night, and that they
maintain a regular sleep schedule. According to Denise Clark Pope in a February 2005 Stanford
University repor, the pressure that students feel from parents and schools raises stress levels so high
that some teachers regard student stress to be a "health epidemic." Poor nutrition and unhealthy eating
habits can increase a student’s stress level, according to the Physicians Committee for Responsible
Medicine. (Flora Richards-Gustafson, 2018)

Allonehealth (2020) on their article entitled Your Complete Guide To Understanding And Managing
Stress states that the American Psychology Association (APA) recently released a report titled “Stress in
America: Paying with our Health”. The report provides key statistics for understanding what factors
contribute the most stress to our lives and also included in the report are important facts about how
emotional support affects stress levels. In this article they mentioned the Top 4 Sources of Stress and
these are the money, work, family responsibilities and health concerns. Angry, anxious, and lack of
interest/motivation are the three symptoms that can lead to negative consequences at home, at work,
or in a person's social life. Each person’s stress and how it affects them is unique to them, and the ways
of dealing with mounting stress vary greatly. We can see that when stress weighs heavily on an
individual, it not only hurts them, but also the whole organization is badly affected.Without a proper
support system in place, people often turn to unhealthy strategies to manage their stress, particularly
Millennials with high money stress.
Teacher Acer (2015) on their article entitled Sources of teacher stress emphasized that stress can affect
a teacher's ability to perform roles effectively. It includes high absences, reduced quality of teaching,
and has a natural impact that negatively affects student learning .In Queensland, 535 teachers
completed the survey, using an appropriate version of a Teacher Stress Inventory designed for Hong
Kong study. In addition they were asked to identify the sources of stress that are more taxing.Teachers
are also concerned for the welfare of their students.Hong Kong teachers report higher levels of stress
about factors associated with everyday teaching mechanics, such as students, curriculum, community
recognition and classroom instruction study.
