SECTION III : Duties of the Board.

1. The President has the following duties and responsibilities:


a. Presides over all meetings, provincial assembly or special

b. Represents the organization in meetings, ceremonies,

c. Acts as Chief Executive of the Organization

e. Prepares and proposes the budget plan to the Board
Member for approval.
f. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Board.

2. The Vice-President shall exercise all power and perform all duties
of the President during the absence or incapacity of the latter, and
shall perform duties that may be assigned by the Board.

3. The Secretary shall be the custodian of all records and pertinent


documents of the Association including, but not limited to, the
following:
a. Constitution and By-Laws of the Association
b. Legal documents of the Association such as SEC and BIR
registration forms
c. Organizational management policies of the Association
d. Preparation and archiving of Minutes of Meetings of the
Board.
e. Perform duties and functions as may be assigned by the
Board.

4. The Treasurer shall be custodian of all funds, assets and properties


of the Association; and shall be responsible in:
a. Depositing and withdrawing funds from the bank account
of the Association.
b. Authorize the disbursement of funds approved by the
Board at budget meetings
c. Submit financial reports regularly to the Board
d. Maintain books of accounts for all transactions of the
Organization
e. Act as co-signatory together with the President on all

checks, disbursement vouchers and withdrawal slips.
f. To do such other work that the Board may assign.

5. The Public Relation Officer shall be responsible in communicating


and transacting business with other agencies in promotion of the
organization, and maintaining the social media accounts of the
Association.

SECTION IV : Term of Office. The officers will serve for at least 2 years. The officers
are not allowed to be re-elect after he finished his term, unless
he/she will run for a different position.

SECTION V : 1. In the event of a vacancy among the Board of Directors, the


vacancy shall be filled up for the unexpired term of office not later
than 30 days from date of vacancy. Provided, however, that no
replacement shall be made if the unexpired term is less than six (6)
mos.

shall have the following powers and duties:

SECTION IV : Secretary – shall be the custodian of all records and pertinent

disbursement of fund and to maintain regular audit of books of
accounts.

transact business with other agencies in promotion of the
organization.
