Aim: - The main purpose of using this Career Match Assessment Form is to help
the apprentice get connected with the right place of work, enable them to
pick appropriate skills and make them competitive and employable in the
job market.

Duration: - The duration an ICT Apprentice will stay at the work place is maximum of
2 or 3 months. Therefore, creating the correct career match capitalizes the
benefit for both parties (the apprentice as well as the company).

In this Career Matching process an apprentice’s personality style to careers they would
be most passionate and love to do will be recognised. Moreover, proximity to work,
distance travelled, candidates’ qualification, skills, prior learning achievement and
interest will be considered before candidates are assigned at the work place.
