Oh, so yeah, as I mentioned, compared to Flipkart, I prefer Amazon more. Because of
reasons like time, I think I get many things, many stuff is delivered through
Amazon in a much lesser time. So yeah, Amazon.

Well, I think I have heard from people that who have shopped from Flipkart, if they
have not got the right order, they have complained and they have got their order
replaced. So I don't think there's any issue with that. I think the management
takes care of it.

Yes, I have returned few things, which I have ordered in the past on Flipkart. And
I've got the refund on time.

So I think they have a very smooth process in terms of returning a product. And,
you know, whenever they like we apply for refund, I've always got refund within
like three to five business days, as they mention on their website or app. So I
think it's very smooth and very customer friendly.

for repurchases?

Definitely, I think, if these platforms, or if a platform like Flipkart is making
sure that the customer queries are answered, and they don't face any issues, then
why not? I think I'll definitely if ever I face any issue, and it's resolved, and
obviously I'll go back to Flipkart.

to normal business days?

I think yeah, I mean, do you do like there are few days few events specially the
festive season? I think then they do mention that there could be a delay in the
delivery. But still, it's I think it's fine. I think it's not that late. It might
be a one or one or two days matter of like one or two days. I think not more than
