 All correspondences should be addressed to Allies Investment Group and bear our above mentioned
reference.
 The above quoted prices are net to you and not including any taxes.

 Validity: This quotation is open for 30 days.

 Minimum Order Charge:

- Please note that we have a minimum order value of 2,500 USD.
- All orders below this value will be subject to 250 USD processing Fee

 Delivery:
- Items could be ready for dispatch within (18-20) working weeks at Cairo airport excluding Christmas
holiday from the date of receiving Advanced payment.

 Order Cancellation: Not withstanding anything to the contrary in any document: If the purchaser
terminates, interrupts or suspends this agreement for any reason other than seller’s breach of agreement,
purchaser will pay all costs, expenses and obligations incurred by seller prior to notice of the termination,
interruption or suspension. Payment should be made within 10 days from AIG invoice date against
supporting documents.

 Force Majeure:
In no event shall the seller be held liable or responsible to the purchaser or any other party for any delay,
breach or failure arising, in whole or in part, by the reason of Force Majeure including but not limited to, all
government action, declared or undeclared war, floods, fires, earthquakes, unusually severe weather
conditions, epidemics, pandemics, civil unrest, riots or other civil disturbances, road conditions and
construction, strikes or labor disputes, inability to secure supplies or labor disputes, or any other event or
cause, contingency or circumstance beyond the seller’s control, which could prevent, hinder, or delay the
deployment or execution of service. The contractual agreement might be subject to modification under
force majeure conditions

 Payment Terms:
- 25% in advance
- 75% prior to shipping
- 100% in USD by wire transfer to Allies Investment Group Bank account below, OR by bank cheque
accepted to pay in the name of Allies Investment Group (A.I.G)
