Free tours are for groups of up to 9 persons. Groups of 10 or more are required to pay a charge. Booking a private tour is the only guarantee that
your group will tour together, and with your own private guide. Please contact private@neweuropetours.eu for further details.
Your freelance tour guide, who conducts the tour, reserves the right to refuse participation if he or she deems there is reasonable cause to do so.
Your prebooking is guaranteed until 10 minutes before the start of the tour, after which time we may allocate your place to others to ensure a
prompt start to the tour. Please print your ticket or be able to show it on a smart phone.
Online payments are processed securely by Trekksoft for SANDEMANs NEW Europe. Subsequently, it is Trekksoft that will appear on your credit
card statement.
Students are required to present valid student photo ID or pay the difference of a regular ticket.
Children under 13 when accompanied by a paying adult travel free, except for tours where entry costs and transport are included. See individual
tour pages for further details.
Tickets cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded. If notified more than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the ticket price may be
offered as credit towards a future tour at our discretion.
