Title

An analysis of love jihad phenomenon from early days in Karnataka to widespread acceptance
and legislative assent in UP
Introduction

This theory means that Muslim men persecute Hindu women and convert to Islam, for example
through pursuit, forgery of love, cunning, kidnapping and marriage as part of a larger Muslim
"fight" against India. Control by developing, replacing and replacing segments.
The starting point is similar to the anti-Jewish statement of Jewish world domination, well
known for its paranoid views of white patriots and European-American Islamic aversions,
emphasizing the Eastern portrayal of Muslims as denial and hypersexuality. A key idea based on
the understanding that men are a virtue of women who are considered akin to regional victories,
and now they should be controlled and protected by Muslims with little consideration of consent.
Murder and other violent incidents, including the 2013 Mujafar Nagar Riot.
This message began in 2009 as part of a crusade for dissemination and dissemination among
Hindu distributors such as Sananta Prabhat and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, urging Hindus to
protect their wives from Muslim men who were portrayed as attractive and decent criminals.
Communities including Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and Vishva Hindu Parishad have since
been recognized for breeding in India and abroad respectively. It was mentioned that the
paranoid horror gained great trust in Uttar Pradesh in 2014 and expanded from the state to the
Baratilla Zanata Crusader.

This idea was settled in India after Prime Minister Narendra Modi appointed the party Bharatiya
Janata. Right-wing government-sponsored TV channels such as Times Now and Republic TV, as
well as online media coverage campaigns, are responsible for legislation on this mystery, usually
organized by protests and initiated in other states operating in Uttar Pradesh. Adityanath
Government Yogi was used by the government as a way of oppressing Muslims.Relationships
between religions.

What are the traditions of marriage that are going on-

In India, relationships run for a long time when a happy woman and a man do not choose an
assistant. In the 2000s and 2010s, India's love problems increased despite tensions over
interreligious relationships with other communities that had generally weakened. In 2012,
Hindus reported that illegal terrorism against consensual couples involved in such weak
relationships, including strict marital relationships, had ceased. In the same year, in Uttar
Pradesh, a review proposal was made to remove non-compliance with the declaration of religion
from marriage laws in order to empower people who concealed interreligious marriage due to
common hiring practices.

One of the pressures encompassing interfaith marriage identifies with worries of required, even
constrained, conjugal conversion. Marriage in Islam is a lawful agreement with prerequisites
around the religions of the members. While Muslim ladies are just allowed inside the agreement
to wed Muslim men, Muslim men may wed "Individuals of the Book", deciphered by most to
incorporate Jews and Christians, with the consideration of Hindus disputed. According to a 2014
article in the Mumbai Mirror, some non-Muslim ladies in Muslim-Hindu relationships convert,
while different couples pick a common marriage under the Special Marriage Act of 1954.
Marriage between Muslim ladies Hindu men (counting Sikh, Jains and Buddhist) is lawful
common marriage under The Special Marriage Act of 1954.

Past of ‘love jihad’ claims-

This idea became the subject of public interest in India in 2009, when transformation first took
place in Kerala and Karnataka at that time. As a result, outcrops spread throughout India and
before that to Myanmar, Pakistan and the UK. Jihad's love trick has taken over the Indian border.
In 1924, a Muslim officer in Kanpur was accused of strengthening his conversion by "arresting
and seizing" an Indian girl. The Hindu congregation insisted on the "recovery" of women in the
house of the executive.

On the border with India, parliament even mocked the kidnapping of Hindu women. The 1947
segment sparked the emergence of a variety of religions with the largest proportions in India and
Pakistan. This has moved at a tremendous pace with large numbers of people moving between
countries and rough reports of sexual predation and limited change. Women on both sides of the
conflict were affected and urged governments of India and Pakistan to "rebuild". This
predecessor record sparked a new clash of faith the following year.

When this debate resumed in 2014, according to Reuters, the idea became violent amid growing
fears, despite being considered "outrageous fears inspired by a moderate sense".

In May 2017, the Kerala Supreme Court ended the marriage between a converting Hindu woman
Aquila (Hadiah) and a Shapin Jahan Muslim. This is because the woman's family was absent and
she did not agree to the marriage. The court's choice was tested by Shafin Jahan of the Supreme
Court of India, and Khadia negated the marriage of Kerala HC.

“Love Jihad” in Karnataka

In October 2009, the Karnataka government announced plans to oppose Love's jihad "looked like
a serious problem". Seven days after the announcement, a government agency asked CID for a
background check to see if there were any joint attempts to change relations with these women,
and if that was the case, from whom it was funded. Islam was investigated because her relatives
inadvertently requested a trial, but in the end, she was able to return to her new husband after the
incident and denied the need for conversion. It depicts an exciting and forced quarrel and
marriage between a 17-year-old schoolgirl from Mysore.

At the end of 2009, Karnataka reported to the CID (Criminal Investigation Commissioner) that
despite ongoing investigations, no evidence of the existence of "imminent jihad" was found. At
the end of 2009, Police Commissioner Jacob Pannoz announced that the investigation will
continue, but there is no evidence that any audience or individual has jointly worked to "create
love" to use men to attract women to Islam. ... They showed that many Hindu women converted
to Islam with their own free will. In mid-2010, the state government responded to the Supreme
Court of Karnataka, although many young Hindu women converted to Islam, but there was no
joint effort to persuade them. According to The Indian Express, Shankaran's decision contradicts
state and state reports, with "such cults are harsh in some parts of the state." Sankaran was also
asked not to use the phrase "love". However, my hard and Romeo my hard did not cancel the
previous choice not to restrict media usage. Nevertheless, the High Court confirmed later.
Additional police expertise is required as no coordinated action was found during police checks
and the checks were clearly focused on isolated communities. The court said many young Hindu
women converted to Islam, but there was no joint effort to persuade them to do so. Shankaran
also claimed that the phrases "love Jihad" and "Romeo Jehad" had ceased, but Shankaran still did
not cancel their previous choice not to control media use. However, later, the Supreme Court
continued further police investigations, taking into account the fact that no mediated action was
found during police checks, and that the checks were apparently intended for distant societies.

In 2010, the Karnataka government noted that many women converted to Islam, but there was no
joint effort to persuade them to do so.
“Love Jihad” law passed in UP

UP Vidhi Virudh Dharma Samparivartan Pratishedh Adyadesh 2020 (excluding serious illegal
converts) is known as Jihad Law Worship. Fines are levied in three sections.

Some key points of “love Jihad” law-

 Marriage for the sheer motivation behind changing over a young lady's religion will be
proclaimed invalid and void, with a discipline of as long as 10 years in jail.
 significant change of obligations may result in a fine of 15,000 rupees, as well as a
sentence of 1 to 5 years in prison. If a woman is a minor or has a registered caste or tribe,
the imprisonment is 3 to 10 years and the sentence is increased to 25,000 rupees.
 Mass transfer implies 3 to 10 years in prison and 50,000 fines are imposed on
government associations.
 Anyone who needs a change of religion after marriage must apply to the local judge 2
months in advance.

Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh have been the main states to introduce the provisions of
relations, despite the fact that conversion laws have been hostile in India since 1967. The
Uttarakhand Religious Freedom Act 2018 limits change through fraud, force, extortion,
unwanted influence, threats, kidnapping or marriage. His discipline makes him a non-civil
offender with a sentence of one to five years in prison and fines. Himachal Pradesh also adopted
a similar law in 2019.

Under the new law, anyone who needs to convert to another religion must send it in print to a
local judge two months before the deadline. The government agency sets up a mechanism for the
application, and people are required to fill out a conversion application that she makes drastic
changes to show that it is not done by force or in any fraudulent manner under the new law. If
violations are found under this agreement, he will be sentenced to 6 months to 3 years in prison
and a fine of at least Rs 10,000.
However, when a woman was shot in Faridabad, there was new interest in calling for action on
the 2020 "Hate for Worship" after the woman was shot by hostile Muslim forces allied with her.

Likewise, a new application from the High Court of Allahabad admitted that "a conversion with
the ultimate goal of marriage is unacceptable" to legalize the apparent risk of serious change.
Despite the new decision made by the Supreme Court of Allahabad, it rejected this initial request
as "no honor law enacted" and fully confirmed the possibility of choosing an aide as the primary
right, but prejudice against trust did not diminish.

The government of Uttar Pradesh has passed legislation to control harsh "forced or fraudulent"
reforms, including in the context of marriage. The terms of violating this law are not only
withdrawn, but also those who have committed a crime of up to 10 years in prison.

For some time the media, Maulanas, and the most ordinary people have imagined that jihadism is
an illusion and is being promoted by the so-called "saffron standards" BJPs to exert collective
pressure and political advantage.

However, as several causes are known, people understand that jihadist love is a reality. Despite
the fact that there are many "pseudo-Muslims", "liberalism", and Muslims, instead of solving this
problem they often deny the existence of jihadist love.

By definition, "Love Jihad" is claimed to be an attempt by some Muslim men to lure non-
Muslim young women into marriage guarantees and force them to convert to Islam.

While the expression "Love Jihad" sounds overly enjoyable and thrilling, it's not only an issue in
India, it's actually a global miracle. In other countries this is called "Romeo Jihad" or "Captive
Management". Many such cases have been confirmed and documented in England, and there is
no doubt that news reporting fanatics focus on young children and turn them into a form of
worship.

Whether radicals and non-conforming’s think this is an advertisement, or conservatives think it is

a real and difficult problem, the reality is that it has been kept and released worldwide for a
decade and is the subject of a surprising debate. It is a real concern between the ideological
group (UK) and the legislators of India (Government of Karnataka) and the Judiciary of India
(High Court of Kerala).
Is the connection between religions a problem? whatever. The problem is that they have to fall
into adoration and become enthusiastic. It's not wrong for the two to have passionate feelings for
them. Love is the past, language, confidence, culture and religion. Once the appendix is
confirmed, no changes are required. In any case, the problem with "Attachment Jihad" (or
"Romeo Jihad" in the English wording) is that the child persuades the girl to marry under the
"Sharia Law". According to Sharia law, anyone who marries a Muslim must convert to Islam.
Under the pressure of enthusiasm, the young girl can agree to the change, but later when she
cannot adapt to her new confidence, she will be less likely to return to her own self-confidence.

What is the arrangement? As adoration is past language, confidence, culture and religion, if a
young lady and kid begin to look all starry eyed and choose to get hitched, nothing should
prevent them from doing as such. In the event that their affection is certifiable and assuming they
think love is above religion, they should wed under Civil Law. In the event that they think
religion is above affection, they can go through strict change and get hitched under Sharia Law.
The decision is up to them, however, they should know the terms and conditions (results) under
both Civil law and Sharia law so they don't lament later.
