Functioning of a Consulting Team/ Consultant Approach:

- How to approach/interact with the client

event. In business, a goal of the 80-20 rule is to identify inputs that are potentially the most productive

Product Family Matrix:

- Is used to classify different products based on features into a family based on similarity (In a matrix
format)
- Helps us in understanding how two products are similar/ dissimilar
