This section of the business plan presents the description of the business, its location,

and the total funding requirements and the possible funding.

Description of the Problem:

This Business will cover all the needs for construction, including sands and

gravel. Also, this business offers a counseling to anyone who would like consult for their

infrastructure. We offer a package deal, which include counseling for budget and other

related works, construction workers, and construction supply.

We will provide all needs of our client and we ensure to have a good service.

Location of the Business

The main store is located at brgy. Concepcion, Koronadal city. As this days, this

area does not have a business like this. It is a big opportunity to be the first one who will

have a business like this in this brgy.

Funding Requirements and source of fund

The first source of fund for this business will be get from the contribution of each

stakeholders. And, it is a good idea to have some investors. And this will be our

classmates or friends, as we know each other, we can work easily.
