The Financing

2.1 Registered Name and Corporate Structure

Evolution Group of Company is registered as a corporation in the City of

Koronadal, South Cotabato.

2.2 Required Funds

In terms of capital requirements, the company need at least one truck for

deliveries and one cement mixer as well as other essential tools for the application of

concrete. Since truck and cement mixer aren’t cheap, our company consider leasing

options to minimize our upfront capital investment.

Below is a breakdown of how these funds will be used:

Products and Services

The primary focus of the Company’s operation will be to create long-term value

and provide market-focused solutions to all our clients and partners through the

development and conversion of natural resources into quality products. It also offers

great service and selection of products in a costumer friendly environment. The

business will operate solely in a mobile capacity through its cement truck. In the first

three years of operation, the Company intends to acquire a second truck and cement

mixer that will operate through selected sections of Koronadal City.

The business also intends to do a significant amount of sales via cement mixer

services, delivery of products, and by having the discounts for a minimum of ten items

depending on its brand.

The Company will set up a delivery service to a downtown business market

making it even easier for customers to get the products they need, when they need

them. While the store may be convenient and easy to access, potential customers may

not find it to be convenient to leave their offices. There will be an emphasis to establish

business accounts for each of these costumers to make doing business easy for them.
