In Berne’s ego state, which of the three: parent, adult, or child, dominates
in your current self? Relate an experience where you manifest the most
of the characteristics of having a parents, adult, or child ego state.

-For me I think I would relate myself from partly being a child but
mostly like an adult. Because I know myself from being practical
especially these days. I like things to be done at a right time. If there is a
certain task that I must achieve I will make a time manager so I could
manage all the things that must be done on that particular day. And
especially if there is a way I would not get involve in some problems; I
would rather avoid it because I got some things more important to think
about. Now partly a child because I had this saying that no matter how
adult you think, you still had that child heart inside of you, you just need
to unleash it. The difference between this two relating to myself is that I
am an adult because the way I think and I am a child because the way I
behave especially to my mom and family. I always feel like a boy when
my mom hugs me at night, and that is one of the things that we adults
must not be ashamed of.
