Mr, Miller refused to speak with me and do his job as manager simply because I had a video camera with me and was recording. He told me that I needed his permission to record him which is incorrect. He is a public employee, in a public building, doing (or in this case refusing to do) public work. This is unacceptable. We as citizens have the right to record our public ‘officials’ when they are conducting their duties.
