Your Nore Your Email Addres Address Line 13 Address Line 2: Phone Number to contact you Complaint or Compliment: On September 8", Tony Miller made a facebook post saying that he deleted several residents comments from the page. He also followed thru with this action. This isa violation of our 1" Amendment rights. (Relevant ruling: https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/ca. 2002/17-2002-2019-01-07.html). Since the township is using facebook as the township (a government entity), itis therefor considered a public forum. ‘That being said, all 1" Amendment rights still apply i right to redress gri because he either didn't agree with the content of the post(s) or the language used in the post(s). Again, Mr Miller needs to learn the law and our rights and start respecting the rights all off residents of this township. If he continues to violate rights and laws, I will have no recourse other than filing litigation to preserve my rights granted under the constitution,
