Kindly scroll through the form to familiarize yourself with the information that is required to

The following payment options are available:

1. Online banking facilities using the account number on the payment voucher

2. In-branch using the payment voucher

3. Parents unable to access option 1 or 2 will be accommodated at the school

After making payment, please complete and submit the registration form, ensuringthat the
data entered is accurate.

In order to complete registration you are required to email proof of payment and the
completed Medical Form to the appropriate email address below on or before September 7,
2020.
(A scanned copy or photograph is acceptable).
