I have known Victoria since August 2021 as a student in two of my graduate classes in the Arts
Administration Program at the O’Neill School and I believe that she is a deserving candidate
for the position.

As candidate in the MA Arts Administration program, Victoria possesses an immense

knowledge of the field, from organizational behavior and leadership to programming and
philanthropy. She is the epitome of a strong student and colleague: she is fully engaged and
present in class discussions and small group conversations, always prepared, and her work has
consistently earned strong marks. In addition to her formal graduate studies while working full-
time, she has also earned certificates in both event and fundraising management, further
advancing herself to new professional heights. Victoria is an enthusiastic, inspiring, and
motivating emerging arts leader and has ardent dedication by taking incredible initiative to work
effectively and efficiently.
