Plan for the Month of October

Celebration of the Month of the Holy Rosary

Minutes of Meeting
September 3, 2021

I. The meeting started exactly 11:15 am. Before the meeting proper I, Gideon Ringor, the
assigned coordinator for the month of the October, started the meeting with an opening
prayer. The meeting was attended by the assistant coordinators namely: Mr. Gerald
Vasquez, Mrs. Olive Tobias and Sr. Jeana Dejumo, OP.

II. Flow of meeting

A. Asked question on the previous celebrations of the Month of the Holy rosary.

B. We will be conducting our Block rosary in our campus. Every Monday, the image of the
Blessed Virgin Mary will be enthroned on the following places:
1. Center Lobby
2. 3rd Floor
3. 2nd Floor
The prayer leaders will be the department in charge on their respective places

C. Each Grade level will participate since the presence of the students are not available, the
adviser of each grade level will be the one to assign particular students to record praying
the holy rosary that will pe played on our Fb school page every 6pm.

D. Below are the activities and the in-charge for the upcoming Month of the Holy rosary.

Parade of Saints
In this activity the elementary and high school department will dress themselves wearing the
costumes of their favorite saint/s. and they will record themselves via videp presentation. In line
with this activity, is the upcoming celebration of the All Saints day. This activity tells us that All
Saints day is a day of Holiness and remembering the persons who spent their life to the Lord and
shed their blood for the glory of the name of the Lord. Each Class must have 1 participant in the
said activity. The deadline of the submission of the pictures is will be on October 25.

October 11: Poster Making: The Image of Mary in this time of Pandemic.
This activity reminds us that Mary is always on our side our constant and loving guide.
