a) TBCS ID CARDS. – Presentation of the final draft of the TBCSI IDs

and CAR PASSESS.

i. Procedures for the issuance of IDs and CAR PASSES for

dissemination to the members;

ii. Payment of Php5,000 to 38KREATIVES for ID LAYOUT AND

CARPASS LAYOUT AND TARPAULIN FOR THE BEACH.

IV. Directory Report.- Update on the TBCSI Directory (List of service providers),
to be reported by Ms. Lisa Jayme.

V. Payment of Annual Dues 2021.- Verification and presentation of the updated

list of members who paid their annual dues.

VI. Nominees/Candidates for Board of Trustees. - Reading/confirmation of the

official list of the eligible nominees.

VII. UPDATES ON THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERS MEETING

(AGMM) 2021-
 VIII. Treasurer’s Report. –Report of Ms. Gabby Roa-Limjoco regarding the below-
listed reports will be reported to the Board of Trustees, to wit: (1) Payment of
Annual dues for 2021, period of collection and assignments; (2) Accounting of
Funds; (3) List of Unpaid Members & Collection; and (4)SEC GIS & Financial
reports.
