Warm fraternal greetings, permission was granted for the issuance of dispensation to
form and open a new lodge in Taguig City to be called as BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY
MASONIC LODGE U.D. and WBRO. NELZON P. VILLANUEVA is a member of our
lodge who is active and in Good Standing of our lodge and now one of the charter
members of said lodge.

He is religiously attending our lodge meetings and activities and full paid his Lodge
Annual Dues. His charter membership in this new lodge will not affect his membership
and/or in any manner will be in conflict with our lodge.

In view of the foregoing, written “consent” and/or “permission” is hereby

given/granted to WBRO. NELZON P. VILLANUEVA to be a Charter Members of
