This is to formally request your good office for permission of transfer the assignment of the
guard we employ named LG. NAVARRETE, MELANIE.
 
The above-said lady guard is a trained guard and was previously assigned at SM LOPEZ
HYPERMARKET since July 27, 2018. We are requesting for transfer of her assignment to SM
MEGAMALL because our agency was pull-out last December 1, 2021 due to alleged connivance
between guard and merchandiser.
 
Please be assured that we will continuously introduce improvements to our procedures to
provide you even better services.
