SUBJECT: REPLY LETTER TO LETTER DATED FEBRUARY 17, 2022

(IID REF. NO. ADM-2022-01915 DATED FEBRUARY 15, 2022)
Dear Atty. Reyes:

Greetings! In reply to the above-stated letter, we would like to most

humbly and respectfully address the above-stated issues once and for all to put
an end to these baseless complaints that is clogging your Good Office. First, we
would like to inform your Good Office that the above-stated complaint was
already is a similar complaint that was resolved by the IID (IID Case Ref#10-11-
2021-T). Although the case concerns alleged “extortion” the case also deals with
the presences of alleged dispatchers.

Reattached for this purpose is a copy of the Investigation Report dated

January 16, 2022 IID Case Ref#10-11-2021-T for reference. This alleged extortion
case is also being litigated before the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office before the
Hon. Leandro Salcedo docketed as NPS Docket No. XV-13-INV-21-H-00838.

Second, after the meeting with your Good Office last July 17, 2022, AYMT,
INC. already disbanded its dispatcher the following day July 18, 2022 obeying
the instructions of the MIAA. This was the same day that I (Leo De Ocampo) and
our dispatcher Rowena Tiston was harassed and threatened by AP Ducusin. This
incident is subject of the investigation of the IID and the Civil Service
Commission. For reference we are attaching my complaint with the CSC and the
attached annexes.

As to the pictures attached to complaint, it can be noticed that pictures

were taken long before the July 17, 2022 meeting a mere reiteration of the
complaint. We urge your Good Office to take cognizance that the pictures were
not candid shots, but the individuals therein were “posing” (wanting their
pictures taken) as if it was taken out of a facebook profile. Hence, we manifest
that since July 18, 2021, there are no more dispatchers in all the terminals, the
lawful orders of MIAA were implemented immediately.

Third, it must be noticed that for the past three (3) years; even before the
pandemic, the issue with the dispatchers was a malingering complaint by jealous
drivers and those who had ill-will with our group. It can be noticed that this so
called “concerned citizen” who hides in the email address
yellowcabt2@yahoo.com acted as the complainant against AYTMA, INC., and the
dispatchers ranting about unscrupulous accusations of robbery/extortion over
and over again. We urge your Good Office not to ignore these baseless
complaints, accusations and issues because the IID had already resolved the
same.

Lastly, the cooperation with NTPAI. We regret to inform your Good Office
that our earnest efforts over the past years proved to be futile with regards to this
endeavor that lead us to organizing formally our association. We had a difficult
time in coming into terms with Mr. Locsin (Nissan) and Ms. Margie (Airlink).
Nissan no longer has airport metered taxi Units, hence, their interest in pursuing
the objectives of NTPAI subsided. Hence, we are now most humbly and
respectfully moving for the formal recognition of our association.

In closing, we would like to manifest that we as transport-operators and as

stakeholders under the jurisdiction of MIAA and at all instances will be in
service of your Good Office, the passengers and other stakeholders within and
without the NAIA terminals. We will exercise temperance, prudence and justice
in conducting our business. We hope that we could be partners and be off
assistance to your Good Office.

Thank you very much.

Respectfully,
LEO B. DE OCAMPO MADINO C. COPA
