What does it mean?

peer mediation meeting. The meeting was just a
review about how we should act when we are
dealing with disputants. Here are some Do’s and
Dont’s:
Do: Make sure to seat each disputant
across from each other.
Don’t: Never take sides.
Do: Listen to each disputant’s side of the
story.
Don’t: Ask questions that will tick a
disputant off. Ex: “Why would you do/say
something like that.”
