The management function is more suitable for the whole content of the manager, because the

management function can be seen as the process by which the manager achieves the desired

results and objectives, and a good manager needs to possess four management behaviors. The

first is planning, which determines how to best achieve the desired results. The second is the

organizational function, which determines what resources are needed to achieve the objectives

outlined during the planning. The third is that leaders are responsible for guiding employees to

achieve business goals. The fourth control is to detect and evaluate the alignment of results with

business goals. These purposes are to provide guidance for achieving business goals, and

management functions are interrelated. A good manager needs to be able to think, act, lead, and

control these four aspects.
