CAPC Designation status is available in Pain Management, Communication Skills, Symptom Management, and Dementia Care. You must complete all courses in
a unit to qualify. Upon completion, you will be issued the CAPC Designation Certificate.

claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
CAPC is pleased to offer ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC) points for certain online courses as indicated. Additional information, such as a physician’s
ABIM number, date of birth, and a completed survey, are required in order to receive MOC points.
Physician Assistants: The American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) accepts credit from organizations accredited by the ACCME. Icahn School of
Medicine at Mount Sinai designates this enduring material with AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™as specified, which can be applied to the continuing education of
Physician Assistants. Physician Assistants should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Nurses: This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association Approver Unit, an accredited approver by the

Case Managers: This program is approved by The Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM® board certified
case managers.
Licensed Professional Counselors: Center to Advance Palliative Care is approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as an Approved
Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6776. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. CAPC is solely responsible for all aspects of
the programs.
Verification of Attendance: If either the user or the course is ineligible for continuing education, a Verification of Attendance certificate will be provided upon
completion of the course.
