A multisport mobile and web streaming platform where users can live stream matches, connect
with their local community and monetize their games.

Over 99% of the sports games in the world are live-streamed across any platform, this is
mainly because sports streaming is difficult, inconvenient, and extremely expensive. Thousands
of dollars are spent in buying expensive hardware, software licenses, making provisions for OB
vans, hiring local service providers.

SportVot provides a cost-effective and convenient way to stream sports games online, the
SportVot cloud suite lets users produce interactive broadcasts with TV grade graphics providing
and an ESPN or Hotstar type experience all by harnessing the power of smartphones

Sidhhant Agarwal, CEO: 8 years of experience building software and technology products.
Worked with Oracle and Cashcare in the past. Built Thisgameweek, the first cross geography
real money multi-currency fantasy gaming platform, operational in India and Africa, partnered
with Nazara games for publishing the game across geographies.

Yash Bhagwatkar, COO: 3 years of operational experience, with 2 years of corporate


operations at Accenture. He has spearheaded the sports operational network of broadcasters,
content creators, sports talent, and data collectors in Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Delhi

Shubhangi Gupta, CMO: Digital marketing and Branding executive with around 4 years of
experience. She has developed around 40+ brands including some marquee brands. She also
had 2 other startups in the past. One named EthKnits, a handicraft online boutique, and Nite
Owls, a small Digital Marketing agency specializing in startups.

170k+ official sports tournaments are conducted annually in India alone. 0.1% of the sports
ecosystem has some form of coverage or digital media penetration and this 0.1% accounts for
100% of the sports broadcasting industry which is valued at $1.3 billion currently. The average
revenue per tournament in India is approximately around $500, with an average GPM of ~25%
and estimated average revenue of ~ $2.8 per hour per user.

software subscription fee and advertisements.

SportVot started off with coverage of school and Junior college games through our partnership
with the ministry of youth affairs and sports, Maharashtra. They also have exclusive tie-ups
with sports bodies and tournament organisers, working equations with independent
broadcasters and local cable operators and a partnership with JIO for the distribution of content
through the JIO Set-top box, phone, and JIO TV. Additionally, also serve as massive
distribution and customer acquisition channels.
