1. I have forgotten my next step credentials, what should I do?


Click on "Forgot Password" option to get the default password to your registered
e-mail id.

2. While launching the course, I get the error message “Your purchase is being
processed”.
Trust us, we are not tracking your online purchases. This is a technical error. Please
wait for 24 hours and then re-launch the course. If the error persists,
please write to xplore.support@tcs.com

3. Is there a standard template that I can use to send an email to the support
team about my issue?
Check out the Email Template pinned to the 'Guidance and Questions' in the Community. Please
provide the complete information so that we can resolve your issue asap.
4. Is there a community, where I can interact, share , and clarify doubts?
Yes, there is! So glad you asked. To access the community, click on 'My community'
in iON Dashboard.
5. I have given the correct credentials, yet I am unable to log in.
Click on "Forgot Password" option to get the default password to your registered
e-mail id.
