EE 341 Seminar 0– 0 – 2 1 Credit

GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION & PRESENTATION OF SEMINARS:

 Student is free to choose the Topic of his/her interest, in the broad area of Electrical & Electronics
Engineering. Students are advised to refer preferably the IEEE Transactions papers or reputed
journals.
 Advised to refer minimum 5 different resource material such as transaction papers, journal/books.
 Students are not allowed to downloaded PPTs Strictly. Also, Students must avoid similar repeated
topics of your presentations.
 Topic must create interest to all the students.
 Each student will be given strictly 12 minutes for presentation followed by 3 minutes
questionaries.
 Prepare the PPT comprehensively with the topic of your presentation. Topic must be presented
using MS Power point. PPT slides should not exceed 20 slides.
 Student must be ready for presentation on their schedule Day and time as per your roll number
sequence in order to avoid unwanted delay or waste of time.
 Student should make yourself comfortable and ready for the presentation without any technical
issues or problems.
 All students must attend and participate actively in all the seminar sessions.
 Attendance requirements is minimum 80 %.
 All students must submit a hard/soft copy of report at the end of the semester.
 There will be Two seminar session with individual link for Section-A & Section-B respectively.
As per your roll number sequence, 10/15 students ( depending on the class strength) per
seminar schedule day from each section are required to present a seminar.
