SUBJECT : PUBLIC VIEWING OF PRESIDENT RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE’S TALK TO
THE PEOPLE IN EVERY BARANGAY HALL

DATE : 19 November 2021

This has reference to the attached Memorandum issued by Dir. Ariel O. Iglesia, CESO IV,
Regional Director, DILG Region IV-A (CALABARZON), dated November 19, 2021, regarding the
aforementioned subject.

Relative to this, Field Officers are hereby directed to encourage all Punong Barangays
within their respective areas of jurisdiction to provide viewing of the President’s Talk within their
barangay premises and also enjoin other members of the barangay to watch the said event, it is
regularly aired over People’s Television Network (PTV) and live streamed on all social media
platforms, including DILG official Facebook page.
