the enterprise caters to their needs. During Climate Week in September, for example, the leadership
took part in conversations with government, industry, and civil society leaders about combating
deforestation and supporting reforestation.

Key Players- Customers, Shareholders and the Financial Community, and Suppliers (including farmers
and smallholders) are all vital to Nestle because the company prepares the product for them. Nestle is
collaborating with retailers and food service providers to create environments that promote healthy
eating habits and lifestyles. Nestle says it listens to shareholders and the financial community through
roadshows, investor meetings, and analyst calls, and it listens to suppliers since the company needs
them for raw materials and other things. Nestle also conducted a virtual workshop to look into ways to
help cocoa growers make a livable wage.

Least Important- NGOs are included in this category because they keep a watch on the corporation with
the least amount of effort.

Show Consideration- Because Nestle values its employees, I've included Employees and their

Communities, Reporting Agencies, and Civil Society Organizations (CSO) in this segment. Nestle is also a
member of a number of industry and multi-stakeholder forums, including the Consumer Goods Forum's
Forest Positive and Human Rights Coalitions of Action, as well as the Institute for Human Rights and
Business's Leadership Group for Responsible Recruitment. Nestle thinks about the people who will
consume their products. For example, Nestle has distinct products for different age groups, such as milo
for kids and coffee for adults.Nestle's objective is to give consumers with the best-tasting, most
nutritious options in a variety of food and beverage categories and eating situations, from breakfast to
dinner. Academia is regarded because, for example, the company is focused on research. Nestle has
conducted a study on the effects of drinking water on memory and attention in children aged 9 to 12.
Nestle has collaborated with a number of communities, including one in South Africa's Mossel Bay
district in 2009, to help mitigate the consequences of drought. As they supplied water to dairy farmers
and began to address the water quality in a local lagoon, it dealt with water management holistically.
