Technique
Place bag on the table or any
flat surface lined with the paper
lining clean side out (folded
part touching the table.
Performing handwashing with soap
and hand towel.
Upon opening the bag remember to
close the top lid back to its
place without locking the zipper
of the bag.
Wearing an apron.
Disinfecting your used materials
before placing it back to your
CHN bag.
Removing your apron from the
inside and folding it inwards
while avoid touching the exposed
area of the apron.

Doing this will prevent the easy
spread of contamination from the
surface of the table to your bag.
Handwashing will sanitize your
hands and at the same time lessen
the transmission of contamination
from you to your materials or
patients.
This will help protect the inside
of your bag and the materials in
it from contamination.
Wearing an apron will protect
your body and clothes from any
residue, liquid or anything that
might be contaminated.
This will help the prevention of
infection and contamination as it
was used and left exposed
outside.
This is to avoid touching the are
that was exposed in the
environment and the patient, as
the apron may contain fluids,
residue or any bacteria.
Since the plastic lining was
directly exposed to the table,
 the exposed surface inwards. there is a possibility that the
lining has accumulated dirt and
infection from the site. Folding
it inwards will keep the
contaminated area secured.
