And we chew and chew and chew

Then, when we swallow it goes through our throat called pharynx

And esophagus moves food through peristalsis

the esophagus, then stomach where the acid is found and then next is the small intestines, and

such as carbs, fats and proteins, even vitamins
And our stomach transforms bolus into chyme
with the assistance of enzymes
And different acids
disintegrates into smaller pieces

I love the taste of healthy snacks, and taking in its essential nutrients
