Sports is an activity that can be taken up by everyone of all ages, from children to
adults. Many people regard sports as an extra-curricular activity in school. However, in
reality, sports can playan equally important role in someone’s life as education does.
By being well-versed in both sports and culture, you can achieve overall and all-round
development in life. While training sharpens the mind, sports sharpen the body and
gives you fitness. On addition to this, there are numerous other advantages of
practicing sports. Firstly, it is known to promote the physical fitness and health of an
individual. Additionally, sports can also contribute in building your mental well-being.
Various researches show that people who practice sports on a day to day basis in any
form record better mental as well as physical health. Moreover, practicing sports can
also eliminate the risk of catching diseases as it builds your immune. Sports can also
