BW : Primarily Cost planning was done manually by using Excel, and the planned data was loaded into
the info cubes. To automate the planning process, Integrated planning (BI-IP) was implemented in the
company. In this project Cost planning was based on material Cost management.
Role: SAP BI-IP Consultant (SAP BI 7.0) ; managed activities such as :
Meetings and workshops for gathering functional specifications and then created technical specifications

Production Confirmation – This screen has been developed for the confirmation of production orders, goods
movement and entering the process parameters. This screen contains various process like
Jointing ,Annealing ,Rolling ,Skin Pass ,Grinding ,Slitting ,Cut to Length , Voss Leveler. Also updating various
Tables through Transaction using BDC. Output screen contains two ALV container.
Tool Management – This screen has been developed to maintain the status and history of the Punches and Die
Plates that are used in Coil Blanking Line. Here we maintain the Punches and Die plates and their Grinding status
and time.

Description: The EDI System, the objective is to make whole organsation activities managing outgoing
and incoming files. It's a project, which deals with versatile users starting from Vendors to the organsation
having little knowledge about computer. The said project is divided into mainly two parts . Inhouse
communication and Outdoor Communication EDI system connect organisation to Venders,partner and
others through A computersize communication as they sends files,documents through this
system and taking their output at their own center, therefore EDI providing excellent movement of data
between two partner.
The main objective of the project was to have a common IT system that supports an efficient purchasing
process. The project was initiated due to inflexible legacy systems with more custom interfaces, non
integrated processes and also due to proprietary data warehousing software that complicated data analytics
with more custom built reports
