Sales Agreement between 2 persons to sell a laptop

Ahmad and Bilal are two persons both buy a laptop for Rs 60 thousands. After 6 months Ahmad
wants to get sole

ownership and possession of the laptop and wants Bilal to transfer his ownership of the laptop
for Rs 40 thousands.

and Bilal agrees the offer of Ahmad. As the laptop is a moveable property. So According to Sale
of Goods.

Act, Section 4(1) defines a contract of sale of goods as, “A contract whereby the seller transfers

or agrees to transfer the property in goods to the buyer for a price” This is a valid Contract as it

has all the essentials Contract, Seller and Buyer, Transfer of property, goods and price.
