Good day!

I am Carmela A Sta Clara, a 3 rd year BSA Student. I am grateful for being a scholar of your institution
since 2019.

I am writing to inform you that I have completed all of the requirements for renewing my scholarship
grant "SHS Rank 1." However, I am unable to renew in my "MyAdnu" account because I am unable to
upload a certificate from my scholarship on the "Naga City Government Scholarship Program." The
scholarship committee did not issue certificates to their scholars under the said program.

With this, I'd like to make an appeal for the renewal of my scholarship. I will work hard to maintain my
grades and prove that I am worthy of the scholarship you have given me. Thank you and God bless!
