Dear MADAM TENTEN CRISTE:

The Department of Education (DepEd) is currently working on producing and airing of video lectures
in Television to support blended learning for the School Year 2021-2022.

In line with this, the DepEd, through the Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA),
requests financial assistance from the Local Government Unit of Magdalena of Laguna to the following
teacher-broadcaster included for the Awarding Ceremony of THIRD NATIONAL AWARDS FOR EDUCATORS:

1. LAYCANO, RODOLFO JR., E - OUTSTANDING TEACHER OF THE YEAR
