Ethics is the moral principles that govern a person's behavior or the conducting of an
activity. It is also the branch of knowledge that deals with moral principles. As for what I’ve
learn from the lesson earlier, Ethics is the discipline concerned with what is morally good and
bad and morally right and wrong. They also tackle about the Accountig Ethics which is an
essential subject considering accountants are the key professionals who have access to
individuals and corporations financial information. It is also primarily a field of applied ethics
and is part of business ethics an human ethics, the study of moral values and judgement as they
apply to accountancy. Moral Act is a moral situations often involve not just one but others as
well. Our decisions have concequences and these have an effect on others.
As for the lesson earlier the topic that I really like is the topic about the 7 Steps of Moral
Reasoning which can help you to ensure that you will not take moral decisions lighty which
reminding us that we need to think very carefully about the decision that we are going to choose.
We need to Stop and Think,Clarify Goals, Determine Goals, Develop Options, Consider
Consequences, Choose and lastly Monitor and Modify. We really need to think of the possible
outcome on what our decisions will be, we need to think of the consequences also. So I therefore
conclude always choose the better decision that you think will have the positve outcome and that
really help you the better way to achieve the main goal.
