Dear Sir/Madam,

I was suffering from fever and diarrhoea on 6th December. Even in night there was diarrhoea and
vomiting but situation was under control.

But due to severe condition, I went to doctor in morning. After taking saline, there was improvement in
my health. I came home late with my dad. Due to which I was unable to attend it at 8am but able to take
exam of WRE at 10am. I was having extacef, metron, rab 20, bifilac, meftal spas, ondem medicine.

So, I talked TRA of ED and informed him. I was advised to take rest.

Please note: - During the month of September, I was infected by Escherichia coli. Bacteria and had
FEVER due to which I had missed cat1 and then applied for recat1 which is on vtop (can be cross
checked). It had taken me about 1 month to recover from that as I had been injected 21 injection of
PIPERACILLIN/TAZOBACTAM.

So, doctor said me that there might be mild symptom of that in December too.

Thus, I diagnosed and came to know that there was no growth seen after 72 hours of aerobic incubation
at 37°C. I have attached the report too. These are the reason.

Therefore, I was unable to attend regular FAT with 8 question as my classmates. So, due to obligation I
had taken isolated Fat which contained only 4 question and having out of box question. So, due to these
reasons I got least marks in FAT, although having best marks in Internal. Thus, bad grade badly affected
my CGPA. So, I request for reFAt so that I can take it as with regular student.
