AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT

I, ANGELIN A. JOLIE, Filipino, 22 years old, single, a resident of No. 33 Bonifacio St.
Barangay Bangkal, Makati City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state that:

1. This complaint-affidavit is being filed to charge Mando C. Rugas, Filipino of legal age,
of the crime of Robbery, committed as follows:

a. At around 11:00 PM of February 1,2022, I was passing by Capinpin St. Makati

City to my boarding house at No. 33 Bonifacio St. Barangay Bangkal, Makati City.

b. While I was passing by the said street, a man suddenly approach me from my
back, put his left hand on my shoulder and pointed a knife at me while saying
“Huwag k ng pumalag ibigay mo sakin bag mo kung ayaw mong masaktan.”

c. Because of terrible fear that the man would stab me if I did not give my shoulder
bag to him, I handed him my bag containing one Samsung S8 mobile phone with
charger, personal makeup’s, blue wallet containing assorted ID’s, ATM
card/credit card, and a cash of three thousand pesos (3000 php).

2. That after the man took my shoulder bag, he run towards Evangelista St. and I run
after him while screaming loudly the words “Tulong! Tulong! Nahold-up ako, Habulin
nyo yan!”

3. That with the help of the bystanders nearby and Police car that came immediately,
the said man was arrested.

4. That I am executing this complaint-affidavit in order to file a case of Robbery against

Mando C. Rugas.
