of the deforestation in Colombia.

Plant more trees, recycle inorganic garbage, use biodegradable garbage and solar power
plants and take advantage of water coming from rain

About the land hoarding and unequal distribution of the lands there are no solution yet. The
multinationals that are the land’s owner have said that peasants can become “socios” in these
companies.

I am agree about recycle and plant more trees. In my opinion the solution that give the
multinationals is unacceptable

Deforestation in Colombia

Today I want to talk about a situation that is very common in our country but unfortunately
sometimes we don’t pay enough attention. I am going to talk about deforestation in Colombia.
But What is it? The deforestation is the process when the human destructs forest area for his
own benefit. That is to say that we are cutting down trees. The principal causes of this problem
are the unequal distribution of the lands, the lack of the titles and land hoarding.

Forests and jungles have played an important role in our planet. These big land extensions
have served us as temperature regulator. Besides trees absorb carbon dioxide that human has
been producing for many years. According to the ONU, deforestation problem’s causes almost
20% of total greenhouse gas emissions. That is one of the reasons why we must take care of
the forest.

About the land hoarding and unequal distribution of the lands there are no solution yet. The
multinationals that are the land’s owner have said that peasants can become “socios” in these
companies. In addition, the government have done campaign about caring the environment.
Some actions that we can do are Plant more trees, recycle inorganic garbage, use
biodegradable garbage and solar power plant, and take advantage of water coming from rain.

In my opinion the solution that gives the multinational is unacceptable. I propose that the
government should distributes the land equally. Peasants are citizens like us and should have a
better quality of life. The other solution I think it’s very viable. If we don’t have trees, the
situation will be alarming. For all this reasons We have to spread the message and protect the
environment.
