To: All Executive Board Officers and Members, District Chairpersons, School Commissioners,
Rover Leaders, Outfit Advisors and all concerned.

SUBJECT : COUNCIL SCOUT YOUTH FORUM (CSYF)

1. We are pleased to announce that the Davao Oriental Council, BSP will once again hold the
Council Scout Youth Forum on February 17, 2022 (Thursday) at the BSP, Boardroom,brgy
Matiao, Mati City from 8:00 to 4:30 o’clock in the afternoon no registration fee.

2. Each school shall send at least two (2) Senior and (2) Rover Scouts. The selection of the
participants shall be based specifically on the scouts’ ability to communicate orally and
lead/participate actively in the discussions.

3. Qualification for participation are as follows:

a. Participation:
 Must be currently registered with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines;
 Physically fit and/or in good health;
 Grade 8 or grade 9 Students;
 15 to 16 years old only based on the policy.

b. Activities:
 Election of two (2) Scout Representative to the Local Council Executive Board
representing the Youth Sector;
 Discussion on topics prepared by the Youth Forum Organizing Committee;
 Discussion on topics selected by the participants.

4. Scouts are advised to wear their BSP Type “A” uniform (long pants for the Senior Scouts
and Short pants for the Rover Scouts) during the activity. All participants should be in the
forum venue not later 7:00 o’clock in the morning.
