Laravel is a clean and well-structured web framework for PHP development .Laravel frame work is one
of the most important part of php frame used to develop web based projects. . We all have been studying
it from scratch means lack of experience and training how the MVC works but are complex; our project
may not be completed on time and may be inefficient.

Mitigation Strategy
1. Coding estimates and schedules to reflect the need for increased training how to MVC works of
laravel.
2. asking expertise programmers coding and quality of coding
3. Coordinate with mentors and get approval for changing schedule
4. Bring in outside training source for current programmers or viewing laravel series tutorials.
Contingency plan and trigger
Plan: we pay cost for programmer to develop our project will finish on time.
Trigger: if training is not onboard project is not completed on time.

 Poor quality code can mean a number of things. The code may be difficult to read, meaning it is
difficult for other developers to review or make changes. It might have been rushed and released without
testing, therefore full of bugs that could have been prevented.

Mitigation Strategy
1. Implementing User Acceptance Criteria to have stakeholders affirm the project is up to standard;
2. Code reviews;
3. Clear coding standards and guides;
4. Testing of all code;

Plan: we will see free coding web sites for coding standardization.
We will pay for programmers to reduce poor quality code.

disk, if hard disk maybe falls or crushed; our project files may be lost.

Laravel comes with a command line interface called Artisan. We haven’t knowledge and experience
how can use Artisan to execute repetitive tasks; the browser may not process and display the page.

Mitigation Strategy
Search online how local host server working in laravel.
Ask expertise person in laravel.
Change port number 80 to other port number.

Plan:
1. First restart xampp server and set port number.
2. Write php artisan serve on cmd command in laravel project folder.
3. Write localhost :8000 on web browser.
4. if number 2 is not working write php S localhost:8000 t public/

Trigger: if php artisan serve not working and the server does not run.
