Value Circle Office generally works on the Market rate for its services and remains competitive in terms of
the fees. On every transaction, whatever fee is earned, 80% of the fee is retained at the Advisor –
Franchisee Level. The 80% Fee is split between the Advisor and the Franchisee.

Your world class office also gives you the opportunity to offer Value Added Services like travel services,
internet solutions, creative solutions, advertising solutions, special deals through our institutional tie ups etc
to your customers, with far greater profit margins.
• Monthly Desk Fee Charged from Agents
In return of the Maximum Commissions model, World Class office & the benefits of the Value Circle
membership, you would charge your advisors a Monthly desk fee which is nothing but the monthly
operational expenses of running your office apportioned into the number of advisors in your office, this is
similar to the model on which other independent professionals like Doctors & Lawyers work. Once your

charge an annual License Fee from every advisor; some portion of this money goes towards the

It is recommended that your plan should be to charge the sum which multiplied by the number of agents
you plan to recruit in your 1st year should come equal to the Franchise Fee which you have paid for a
period of 5 years, so that you could breakeven in the 1st year by License Fees alone.
