Refineries Division: Guwahati Refinery Noonmati, Guwahati-781020, Assam Refineries Division = Indian Oil Corporation Limited 21.03.2014 NOTE Sub: Utility rates for recovery from outsiders for 2014-15, The recovery rates fiom the outsiders for the utilities applicable for the year 2014-15 have been computed based on the cost records for 2012-13.The broad methodology adopted for this purpose is as follows: 1, The cost of utilities are computed considering the various costs directly attributable to the utilities (incl. cost of internal fuel) and overheads allocated to them. 2. The valuation of internal fuel for the of cost records is computed considering the raw’ material (crude) cost at discounted value, but for the purpose of computing the recovery rates of utilities, the internal fuel has been valued without taking effect of crude discount from upstream Companies as per HO decision (MOM of Finance meet Aug’09) 3.
