Do you eat meals regularly?

Yes, mostly I eat a 3-day meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sometimes, I woke up close to afternoon,
which I combine my breakfast and lunch meal (Brunch). Occasionally, an event like birthdays, I
combined my lunch and dinner (Linner).
Do you eat the right food you need for good health?
At most, yes, a heavy meal in the morning and soft meal for night. But, sometimes I consume too much
meat, poultry, softdrinks, cakes, ice creams, junk foods, and oily refrigerated goods. But to be fair,
sometimes, I consume more on a vegetables, such as soups.

Are you getting the nutrients from the food you eat?
Yes, I am a heavy eater, lots of rice, eggs, meats, and poultry. Even though sometimes I ate high sugar
content drinks, desserts, and stuff, I easily burned it down because of playing sports, outdoor games,
walking, and learning. I normalized my body nutrients intake by living a life actively and busy.
