 The Online Bible Quiz bee is open to all bona fide students of St.

Paul University Iloilo

 Every section must have (1) one representative as their official contestant.

 The Quiz Mater will read the contest rules and mechanics. Any clarifications on the
rules shall be entertained before the start of the contest proper.

 All contestants are required to be at the contest platform 10 minutes before the
scheduled time.

 Each contestant shall provide writing materials (Illustration board, mini white board,
chalk, white board marker and eraser).

 The contestants should open their cameras before, during and after the contest.

 It is expected that the participant has settled his or her internet connection within the
contest proper. During the contest proper, the student must inform the QUIZ Master if
the participant is dealing with connection issues right before the start of the new
question.

 The official Bible versions are the New American Bible and the New Revised Standard
Version (Catholic Edition). The contest covers both the Old and New Testaments
including the Life story of ST. PAUL.

 English is the official language of the contest.

 The Online Bible Quiz is held in three phases: The Easy Round, the Average Round, and
the Difficult round. There will be 8 questions (1 point in every correct answer) for Easy
Round, 7 questions (2 points in every correct answer) for Average Round, 10 questions
(3 points every correct answer) for Difficult round.

 The Quiz Master shall read the questions and its uttered meaning twice. When the Quiz
Master will say GO, this is the only time the contestants can write their answers on
board.

 Each contestant shall be given 15 seconds to write their answers on their board on Easy
and Average round while 20 seconds on the Difficult round. Once the Quiz Master says,
“TIME’S UP”, each contestant shall raise their answers. The facilitator will take
screenshots right after the answers have been raised.

 An Answer shall not be accepted if:

a. It is not in the simplest form, unless stated and accepted by the Quiz Master.
b. Participants failed to raise their answer sheet/ board on time.
c. Answers that have incorrect spelling

 Any protest on the current question shall be brought only by the student-participant to
the attention of the Quiz Master before reading the next question.
  The decision of the Quiz Master shall be final and non-appealable.

 Coaching from the audience is strictly prohibited within the participant’s venue as well
as in the platform. If caught doing, the Quiz Master will give warning on first and
automatically disqualify the contestant being coached on the second offense.

 If need arises, The Quiz Master may add or modify the existing rules of the contest.
