The consultant team will specify the client's requirements early in December 2021 and

release a tender to the consulting firms and architectural firm's contractors. As a result, in order
to price the project based on the architect's drawing, the selected contractor must have a
conceptual design. The contractor can begin preparing the project's precise design once the
customer has chosen and approved the contractor. As a result, construction might start as early
as January 2022. The project probably will be finished in last week of October 2022.
