I think you should use the developer app (orange version - latest winery manager) - or start over if

they don't see there isn't anything there to help them...I think the developer app is a good choice as
the old developer did some cleaning (I hope) already.

Also, tell them to rename "container" with vessel....so a vessel can be a barrel or a tank. In the first
form they will work - "empty barrels and tanks inventory", they should delete the barrel status...as
all barrels there are "empty" by default....barrels and tanks will become full or retired in other forms.

"Year of Manufacturing" should become "Year of Purchase"

"New when purchased" should be deleted. By default all barrels and tanks are new.

If the barrel or tank that is entering the inventory is "used when purchased, year should be replaced
by "Year of manufacturing. Then vessels with information in this field should be assigned as "used".
All vessel with no information on this field are by default "new". This is my idea on how to resolve
the used barrels that enter the inventory. I'm also happy if you have a better solution to deal with
that, if they have a better idea. As I said, I'm expecting them to make the forms as simple as possible.
