Upwork Zoho Development Job

The things we need help with are Email management and then the integration of documents, CRM
and drive all within ZOHO.

1. Email Management

We need to be able to do some kind of a link/association of an email to a task(this could be a deal,


task or project – it us still open to input).

ZOHO CRM automatically links emails from the contact in the contacts CRM. This is good but for us
when a provider emails from his email address we need a way to easily assign it to a different task,
deal or project as mentioned not sure which one to work in yet.

This is important for both sending and receiving as we could be emailing a provider on a request for a
client. (May or may not be important but with some of our providers they have over 1000 clients)

ZOHO Mail has a half solution that allows you to ‘add to’ the email as a task/bug to a ZOHO project
but this carries the issue that it creates additional tasks and also it copies the whole email including the
attachment.

This process does not need to copy the full email as it does in the ZOHO Mail to Project route, it
could even assign the text and details of the email to the comment field of the chosen request. It could
basically copy-paste the sender, receiver, subject, time and body of the email as a comment. Or it
could display it as it does in the ZOHO CRM.

In my mind, the solution is an app or process that you select this ‘assign’ option to choose the task
from a search bar and then it does everything else automatically.

2. Attachment association

Then is the email attachment is needed we need a way of saving that attachment either to the
task/deal/project or to a folder in the drive. Again between ZOHO Mail and ZOHO CRM, there is
some functionality similar to this but nothing that does what we need.

The part we need to be added is that if we assign an attachment to a task we would want to the doc to
also be saved to the folder of the client linked to that task. (MORE OF THIS IS EXPLAINED IN
THE DOCUMENT SECTION)

3. CRM and Drive client folder syncing

When creating a client in the CRM drive we want a folder in the drive to be created for that client
within the provider who is dealing with the client. We need a set of subfolders to populate their folder.
We can do this manually but if possible to automate it will ensure uniformity to the drive as well as
making the onboarding of new providers and their clients much easier.

If you have made it to this part of the document and you think it can be done I commend you. I have
no idea what this project would cost. The price I have put in is more linked to my budget.

From research online I know many people are needing some of the fixes especially around email
allocation and I would be happy to discuss sharing of any profits when some of our other clients who
are interested in this program sign up.
I have no idea how it would work I read a bit of Google Marketplace and ZOHO apps that there is a
way to sell this on but perhaps you know more.
