"UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT Account in the name Sukhmani Sahib Seva Jattha Samiti Greater
Naoida Paschim to be opened with sector - 128, Noida Branch, HDFC Bank Ltd and following Authorised
Signatories be and are hereby authorized to sign the documents to open and operate the account as per
mode of operation and financial powers mentioned below:

The chairman explained the board of Members the benefits of availing netbanking facility
provided by HDFC Bank Limited in respect of the current / saving account of the society bearing
no. with HDFC Bank at its branch Peramount, Greater Noida.

The Board of members after discussion decided to apply for the NetBanking facility and passed
the following resolution.

“RESOLVED THAT the consent of the board of society be and is hereby given for availing the
NetBanking facility in respect of a current / saving account no. of the society maintained with
HDFC Bank Limited at its branch Peramount, Greater Noida.

“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Gurmeet Singh (President), Harjeet Singh (Secretary), Darpan
Kumar Chawla (Treasurer) be and is hereby authorized to apply to HDFC Bank Limited for and
behalf of the Company and to operate the aforesaid account through NetBanking”.

“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Gurmeet Singh (President), Harjeet Singh (Secretary), Darpan
